Covid-19 Pop-up: A way to share updates with clients
D-EDGE and ACCOR Teams hope you are staying safe in these challenging times.
We know that the situation keeps changing fast and it’s important to share updates with clients.
The D-EDGE team has developed a pop-up for hoteliers to display dedicated details and updates for users.

How to customize the pop-up that appears when clicking on the badge
When a customer clicks the logo, a pop-up opens with some information about the certification and a link to the Accor website for details.
The title, description and Call to Action (CTA) are automatically translated in 17 languages.
To translate these elements go to the new ALLSAFE section located in hotel options in the CMS (check the screenshot below).
Please note that the translation must be strict with the original text.
The CMS automatically shows the fields in all site languages.
The default text is already translated into 17 languages:

UPDATE THE PROGRAM NAME IN YOUR CONTENT
AccorHotels to be changed to “Accor”
Le Club AccorHotels to be changed to “ALL, Accor’s lifestyle loyalty program” or “ALL, le programme de fidélité Accor”
AccorHotels Meeting Planner to be changed to “ALL Meeting Planner”

Check in the text fields of your CMS and change all relevant logos to the new ALL logo. (The D-EDGE team can’t automatically change logos inside text fields.)

What did D-EDGE change on your site to comply with “ALL”?
Check the complete list of changes that the D-EDGE team applied after the launch of “ALL”.
The D-EDGE team applied several changes on your hotel website to comply with the new ALL Accor Live Limitless brand identity and website.
The modifications did not affect content owned by the hoteliers like text and images. D-EDGE have not changed the content that can’t be changed by hoteliers in the Content Management System – WordPress (CMS).
BOOKING ENGINE URLs
The D-EDGE developer team replaced the following URL to insure clean redirections to the ALL booking funnel:

New URL: https://all.accor.com/lien_externe.svlt? etc.
WORDING
Wording: “Le Club AccorHotels” has been replaced by “ALL – Accor Live Limitless”

Local measure optimization
We’ve noticed that some hotels have some display problem on the homepage related to Local Measure widget. This is because you haven’t updated the content for a while. If you need assistance you can contact the local Measure team – support@localmeasure.com
If you notice this kind of display please check your local measure platform.
If you wish to take off the section from the homepage go to Hotel options > Local Measure >delete the widget ID> Save Changes
